Terms of Use
Agreement
The use of the Humana Military Healthcare Services, Inc. (Humana Military) virtual world, TRIWORLD, is subject to the terms and conditions of this user agreement. Please read this user agreement carefully. It explains the terms and conditions for use of this virtual world. You are responsible for reading and understanding them. By using this virtual world you are bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you may not use this virtual world.

Does not assume any responsibility or risk for My use of the Service.

Does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including, without limitation, warranties of title or non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the Service, or any information or service provided through the Service or on the Internet generally, and will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from My use of the Service.

Does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any information, opinions, advice, services, merchandise or any other information provided through the Service or on the Internet generally.

Is not responsible for any changes that may be required by My Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Will in no event be liable to Me or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by Me or anyone else in reliance upon the information provided through the service.

Will under no circumstances and under any legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, be liable to Me or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses of any character whatsoever with regard to the service.
Accounts
Users may have one account. Multiple or second accounts will be closed without warning. Each TRIWORLD avatar account must have their own e-mail address. Accounts are available to:

TRICARE South sponsor or spouse beneficiaries with 'MyHMHS for Beneficiaries' User ID and Password.

TRICARE Eligible sponsor or spouse who lives in the South Region (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas) and are active duty or retired military can sign up for a 'MyHMHS for Beneficiaries' User ID and Password.

Invited Guest of a TRICARE South sponsor or spouse beneficiary with 'MyHMHS for Beneficiaries' User ID.

Dependant beneficiary of a sponsor/spouse can join TRIWORLD as their invited guest. In order to keep TRIWORLD a safe and secure online environment TRIWORLD users are limited to South Region beneficiaries and their guests 18 years of age or older.
Account sharing or others using your account with or without your permission:
You are responsible for keeping your TRIWORLD password and username private. Sharing your account, username and password with others is not permitted. TRIWORLD assumes no responsibility for the use of your account by third parties.
Relocating:
If you move to another region your access will be revoked. This virtual world was designed as a communication platform for Humana Military beneficiaries and their families in the South Region only. If you have military friends in the South Region they may include you and your family as invited guests so you can continue communicating in this virtual world.
Tone and Respect:
The tone should be fully supportive. Please refrain from posting judgmental or hurtful statements. Humana Military requires that all Users refrain from using profane language or any other language that, at Humana Military’s sole discretion, is deemed false and/or defamatory, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, threatening, offensive, racist, invasive of a person's privacy, antagonistic or intentionally argumentative or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to engage in abuse, insults, slander, antagonism, name-calling, and ill-will directed towards Humana Military members, TRIWORLD residents, guides, moderators, staff and administrators or its service. Abuse reports are taken seriously to maintain a peaceful and supportive atmosphere.
Indecency:
Mature material is not appropriate in TRIWORLD. You agree not to engage in content, communication, or behavior which involves intense language or expletives, nudity or sexual content, the depiction of sex or violence, or anything else broadly offensive.
Medical Advice:
Please refrain from offering medical advice. You should not consider any medical advice or comment without consulting your own doctor. You should always consult your own health care provider. Medical advice includes advice which relates to taking (or not taking) drugs, herbal supplements or other self medications. Opinions on medical procedures, devices or treatment are also deemed medical advice. Humana Military assumes no responsibility for advice offered.

HMHS assumes no responsibility for the content provided on any pages linked from chat. Please refrain from posting links. Posting of Copyrighted Material: We ask you to refrain from posting material that you are not authorized to reproduce or that is invasive of others' rights and privacy. This includes any copyrighted articles or other material, private messages and the content of private emails and letters as well as the personal information of others (email addresses, home addresses and phone numbers, etc).
Tracking Users:
Humana Military may observe and record your interaction within the Service, and may share aggregated and other general information (not including your personal information) with third parties.You acknowledge and agree that Humana Military, in its sole discretion, may track, record, observe or follow any and all of your interactions within the Service. Humana Military may share general, demographic, or aggregated information with third parties about our user base and Service usage, but that information will not include or be linked to any personal information without your consent.
Linden dollars:
Unlike regular Second Life, TRIWORLD permits no commercialization: there is no buying or selling of goods with Linden dollars and there is no opportunity to spend Linden dollars. TRIWORLD inventory is provided free to users.
Enforcement:
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the deletion of your TRIWORLD avatar account or the termination or suspension of your TRIWORLD access with or without warning at our sole discretion.
In addition, a TRICARE South sponsor or spouse beneficiary with 'MyHMHS for Beneficiaries' User ID and Password and a TRIWORLD avatar can evict the residents (invited guests who accepted the invite & created TRIWORLD Avatars) associated with the Sponsor's account.
