Updating Provider Information      

The Humana Military Web site includes a “Find a Provider” page to help beneficiaries and other providers find local TRICARE network providers.  Keeping your information up-to-date ensures that Humana Military sends payments to your correct address and that TRICARE beneficiaries and other providers have your current contact information.

Network providers are strongly encouraged to visit the “Find a Provider” page to confirm that their individual listings are accurate. Only network providers may update their information on the Humana Military Web site. Non-network providers should call PGBA at 1-800-403-3950 or visit the PGBA web site.
