Getting Started on Humana Military's Web Site

To access “MyHMHS for Providers,” PCM Central, and eZ TRICARE Claims, providers must register to obtain a user ID and password for the Humana Military Web site. Simply select “MyHMHS for Providers” and “Register Today.” An online wizard will guide you through the registration process. Once completed, you will receive notification via e-mail in one or two business days that your user ID has been activated.

Once you’ve started the sign-up process, you will be given four different options for gaining access to “MyHMHS for Providers”:
  • Validate Access Using a Site Administrator Express Code: If a local site administrator responsible for the provider ID for which you want access has given you an express code, you may use it to obtain immediate access.

  • Validate from Existing Referral Information: You may use this option if you have received a Humana Military Healthcare Services—TRICARE Referral/Authorization fax. You will need to enter the Auth/Order number and key code shown on the fax. The provider ID for which you are requesting access must be associated with the Auth/Order number you enter.

  • Validate by On-Site Humana Military Provider Representative: Use this option when a Humana Military Provider Representative is on site and assisting with the registration process. The provider representative will be required to enter several key codes. Access will be granted immediately upon successful completion of the process.

  • Manual Approval Process: If none of the above options is available to you, you may submit an approval request to a site administrator. If a local site administrator exists for the provider ID for which you want access, your request will be sent to this administrator. Local site administrators (generally a person who works for the provider) are responsible for activating or rejecting all requests to access their provider ID. Humana Military does not control how quickly a local site administrator will respond to access requests. If a local site administrator does not exist, the request will be sent to a Humana Military Provider Representative for confirmation of your right to obtain access. This process is usually completed within three business days.
The Single Sign On feature allows you to access data from multiple provider IDs without requiring you to sign in using separate provider IDs. The conversion wizard will locate all your existing provider sign-ins and convert them to your one new Single Sign On account. You even get to create your own user ID to access this user-friendly provider information.
