SSN Removal from ID Cards
Beginning June, 2011, as TRICARE beneficiaries receive new ID cards, the sponsor SSN will be removed and replaced with a patient's 11 digit benefit number. You can continue to perform all transactions using either number.

Claims Status Check Available
MyHMHS for Providers now offers a new feature for checking the status of your claims, allowing you to look up claims for a beneficiary; providing you with both summary and detail by date of service.
ERA and EFT Application
You can fill out an application for ERA and EFT that will provide you electronic remittances and automatic check deposit for all your TRICARE claims transactions.
