Humana Military Healthcare Services distinguished itself by becoming a PAS contractor in July of 2005 – one of only three approved PAS vendors. There are several major advantages to MTFs who select Humana Military as their appointing contractor, including:

Since 1996, Humana Military has provided support to military hospitals and clinics under the TRICARE program. Under earlier TRICARE contracts, Humana Military accepted more than 3.5 million appointing-related calls per year and scheduled more than 1.7 million centralized and decentralized appointments annually. Today, we have the privilege of serving approximately 2.8 million military beneficiaries and provide call center, network and medical management support for active duty/active duty families in the South Region and Puerto Rico.
Currently Humana Military has PAS contracts with the following:
- Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC
- 81st Medical Group-Keesler Medical Center, Keesler AFB, MS
- Fox Army Health Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL
- 88th Medical Group, Wright-Patterson AFB Medical Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH
