If you are on the go and you need to find a provider or need to quickly check your eligibility you can visit the Humana Military website via your mobile device and get the answer you need when you need it simply by using your smartphone or other mobile device.
 
IVR Features:
To better serve you, you can now receive information directly to your mobile device from several IVR self-service lines that provide real time data.  Instead of waiting on hold for a customer service representative our automated IVR system allows you to:
  • Get information about TRICARE coverage and referral status for you and your family.
     
  • Make payments by using our PayByPhone line. With every transaction you will receive a text message confirmation with the payment amount, date, and authorization code.
     
  • Find a Provider by using our provider locator line. You can find a provider by selecting the type of provider, and distance you want to travel. You will receive links to maps and phone numbers.
