US Family Health Plan

The US Family Health Plan (USFHP) is a TRICARE Prime option providing coverage for active duty family members (ADFMs), retirees, and retiree family members in six geographic regions in the United States. The plan is available to beneficiaries of all ages, including those age 65 and older, and costs are the same as for TRICARE Prime. All TRICARE Prime benefits are included, plus enhancements that vary by plan location.
