TRICARE for Life

When using TRICARE For Life (TFL), TRICARE is the second payer after Medicare in most cases. You have minimal out-of-pocket costs with TFL. There are no TFL enrollment fees, but you are required to pay Medicare Part B premiums (unless you are an ADFM). Visit the Medicare Web Site for the current Medicare Part B premium amounts. For additional information about TFL, contact Wisconsin Physicians Service (view contact information in the More Information section) or visit TRICARE's Web Site.
