TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS) is a premium-based health plan that National Guard and Reserve members who qualify may purchase. TRS offers coverage similar to TRICARE Standard and TRICARE Extra, and a monthly premium is charged. You will receive comprehensive coverage with access to TRICARE-authorized providers. Annual deductibles and cost-shares apply.
