Want an easy, more convenient way to enroll in TRICARE Prime options? TRICARE’s secure Beneficiary Web Enrollment (BWE) Web site will allow you to do that and much more.
The BWE Web site allows eligible service members* and their family members to manage their enrollment in TRICARE Prime programs—TRICARE Prime, TRICARE Prime Remote, (TPR) and TRICARE Prime Remote for Active Duty Family Members (TPRADFM)—without visiting a TRICARE Service Center (TSC) or mailing a paper form*.
Log on to the TRICARE Beneficiary Web Enrollment Web site with your Common Access Card, Defense Financial and Accounting Services PIN (myPay) or Department of Defense Self-Service Logon username and password. Once you’re logged in, you can:

Enroll in (or disenroll from) TRICARE Prime, TPR or TPRADFM.

View your enrollment information.

Use your credit card to make an initial enrollment fee payment—ongoing fee payments are billed separately.

Choose a new primary care manager (PCM) unless you’re an active duty service member with a military PCM.

Transfer your enrollment to another TRICARE Prime location.

Change your enrollment status from active duty to retired—up to 90 days before retirement. The Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) must reflect your retirement status.

Update your contact information.

Request an enrollment card.

Add other health insurance information.

*The online PCM change option is not available to active duty service members (ADSMs) enrolled in TRICARE Prime. It is best for ADSMs to submit a paper-based change form to Humana Military through the TSC. If you are a TPR ADSM, you may use BWE to request a change of your PCM.
