TRICARE Reserve Select Premiums to Decrease
Good news! TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS) beneficiaries will see a significant decrease in their 2009 calendar year monthly premiums. The 2009 monthly TRS premiums are:
- Member only: $47.51
- Member and family: $180.17
If you are leaving active duty but plan to remain in the Selected Reserve, you may purchase TRS coverage unless you are eligible for the Federal Employees Health Benefits program. For more information about qualifying for and purchasing TRS coverage, visit TRICARE's Web Site.
