Web-based Counseling - TRICARE Assistance Program (TRIAP)

TRICARE Assistance Program (TRIAP) provides video web-based assistance services to Active Duty Service Members and their spouses of any age, and their family members 18 years of age or older, and those individuals covered by Transitional Assistance Management Program (TAMP) or enrolled in TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS).
 
TRIAP services provide short-term, solution-focused non-medical counseling for situations resulting from commonly occurring life circumstances such as deployment stress, relationships, personal loss and parent-child communications. All services are provided on a one-to-one basis, in the context of a confidential relationship, with a licensed professional, except as follows:  (1) you consent in writing; (2) life or safety is seriously threatened; or (3) disclosure is required by law. The counseling sessions are not traditional mental health therapy services.
 
Beneficiaries requesting TRIAP services will receive an initial assessment with a licensed professional to determine if web-based counseling is an appropriate level of care. If appropriate, the beneficiary will be offered the alternative of face-to-face counseling or video web-based counseling (should the beneficiary possess the necessary hardware/software). If video services are not possible or web-based counseling is not an appropriate level of care, the licensed professional will refer the beneficiary to correct organization to receive services.

Option 1
If you are a existing MyHMHS user you can simply log in to MyHMHS for Beneficiaries on the Beneficiary homepage with your 'MyHMHS for Beneficiaries' User ID and Password. This is the same information you use to access any other secure information on the Humana Military web. Once you are logged in, you can then begin using TRIAP web-based counseling.
 

     
Option 2
If you are not  a MyHMHS user you can register today and you can access TRIAP without having to re-enter personal information every time you wish to log in.
 
 
   
Option 3
If you do not want to register? You may log in as a guest.  By logging in as a guest you will be required to enter personal Information, each time you access TRIAP.
