        Image of stethoscope You have a number of options available to help you manage your health care and take responsibility for your own health. By actively managing your own health care, you can contribute to a higher quality of life for you and your family.

In every case, if you believe it’s an emergency, call 911 first. When the issue is not pressing, you have a number of options available to access health care information and assistance.
 
Where Can I Go for Help with My TRICARE Benefits? (Article 9)
To ensure a smooth transition from 12 to three TRICARE regions, TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) and your regional contractor created new customer service tools, as well as improved existing ones.

No matter your question or concern, assistance is close at hand. From inquiries about your benefits to concerns about any health care-related debt, there is an easy-to-reach support system ready to help you.
