About Us

The Warrior Navigation and Assistance Program (WNAP) was created to guide warriors and their families through the maze of health care systems, provide advocacy, connect them with resources to return them to productive lives, and help them over the hurdles they encounter.
Our Mission
- To provide guidance and clinical support to military and civilian health care professionals with treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration of recovering warriors, enabling them to return to active duty or back to the community as productive veterans.
- To help guide recovering warriors and their families through the maze of health care systems.
- To connect recovering warriors and their families with available resources that can help them resolve issues.
Our Goal
To advocate on behalf of recovering warriors and their families to ensure they meet all of their goals, whether physical behavioral or social.
Our Promise
To provide guidance and assistance to recovering warriors and their families during transition at the time when needed most.
Services
Returning warriors can reach out for support and guidance through the maze of health care systems and community resources. The civilian healthcare sector may also refer to these pages for those needed resources.
Examples of services include:
- medical billing and claims resolution
- navigating TRICARE, Medicare and Veterans health care systems
- assistance in locating specialized medical equipment
- connecting with resources to meet basic needs (food, shelter, transportation)
- assistance with transitional care when relocating
- linking with behavioral health resources
About Our Team
We are a specialized multi-disciplinary team with over 72 years of active duty service in various branches of the military. Our team has over 80 years of nursing experience (to include case management and nursing at the military treatment facilities), experience in various sectors of managed care and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Team members have also worked as an Army nurse instructor and combat medical trainer.
We have served our country and our communities, now it's our turn to serve YOU!!!!
