Between now and April 1, 2012, Humana Military's Network Development Department will be corresponding with the Ft. Campbell area providers to become network providers for the South Region. This will require a Humana Military contract and credentialing application (where applicable). This portion of the webpage will provide direction on contracting, follow-up on credentialing, additional credentialing applications, FAQs, and POCs who can address your networking needs.

Role of Humana Military Healthcare Services
Humana Military Healthcare Services, Inc. (Humana Military) is the civilian managed care support contractor (MCSC) responsible for administering the TRICARE program to more than 2.7 million TRICARE beneficiaries within the TRICARE South Region. This includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas (except for the extreme southwestern El Paso area).
