Humana Military Healthcare Services welcomes you to the South Region. In an effort to ensure a smooth transition for the Ft. Campbell area providers, we would like to take this opportunity to ensure you have information and assistance readily available to you.
 
Between now and April 1, 2012 Humana Military will concentrate efforts in the Network Development arena building a robust network provider base for the South Region in Ft. Campbell.  Contracting and Credentialing will be our primary focus until 2012, however, we want to make sure we provide some immediate provider education for you. This education includes:
