Humana Military Healthcare Services, Inc., (Humana Military) is responsible for administering the TRICARE program for more than 2.8 million TRICARE beneficiaries in the TRICARE South Region. The South Region includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee (excluding the Fort Campbell area), and a major portion of Texas (excluding the El Paso area).
