Many active duty service members, retirees and their families were displaced as a result of hurricane damage in August and September 2005. We are prepared to work with each beneficiary affected by these massive storms on an individual basis to ensure they may seek medical care and that their TRICARE benefits are maintained during the rebuilding process.
Customers with questions about how to obtain medical care, (particularly TRICARE beneficiaries that have relocated) are urged to call our Central Beneficiary Service Center at 1-800-444-5445.
