Contact Center World Names Donita Trowell of
Humana Military Healthcare Services as One of the World’s Top Trainers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — November 13, 2007 — Humana Military Healthcare Services’ (HMHS) associate Donita Trowell recently received the Silver Award at the 2007 Contact Center World Awards held October 30 – November 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Trowell, named the “Best of the Best in the Americas” this summer, represented HMHS and the Americas in Las Vegas. The awards program recognizes trainers who make significant contributions to the overall success of their contact center by delivering exceptional training programs for new team members. Trowell was one of three finalists; competing against trainers from Japan and Bulgaria.
“Donita’s superior leadership and training skills are a great asset to new employees at HMHS” said Dave Baker, president and CEO of HMHS. “She is without a doubt deserving of this recognition.”
“It was an honor representing the Americas and Humana Military Healthcare Services at the World Awards earlier this month. It has been a remarkable experience and I am excited to bring back what I have learned to share with my peers in Louisville,” said Trowell.
Delegates at the Contact Center’s World Awards had to complete a written submission to be judged by their peers and also present to the conference delegates, setting it apart from any other awards programs of its kind. Delegates from over 20 countries were in attendance to learn from the very best in the call center industry.
