Contact Center World Names Donita Trowell of Humana Military Healthcare Services “Best Contact Center Trainer in the Americas”

           
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — June 12, 2007 —
Humana Military Healthcare Services’ (HMHS) announced today that Donita Trowell was recently named the “2007 Best Contact Center Trainer for the Americas” by the Contact Center World Awards. Trowell received the “Best of the Best in the Americas” on June 5, 2007 in Orlando, Florida. The award recognizes trainers who make significant contributions to the overall success of their contact center by delivering exceptional training programs for new team members. Trowell was one of three finalists. She will go on to represent Humana Military Healthcare Services, and the Americas, as the winner of the Americas Region in the World Awards held in Las Vegas, Nevada in November 2007.

In addition to this award, HMHS was recognized as “Highly Commended” in the following categories; Best Contact Center, Best Technology Innovation, and Best Contact Center Supervisor, Theresa Weppler. There were over 600 nominations in nine different categories for these awards for the Americas.
