Welcome to the Humana Military
Warrior Navigation
and Assistance Program

The Warrior Navigation and Assistance Program was created to help guide warriors and their families through the maze of health care systems, connect them with the resources to return them to productive lives, and help them over the hurdles they encounter.

If the combat veteran is a member of the Active Duty component, a member of the Guard or a reservist, or is being medically retired, he or she can be assured that there is guidance available.

Returning warriors who have had difficulty accessing sources of support and navigating through the military healthcare systems, the Veterans Administration health systems, community resources, and the civilian healthcare sector may refer to this site for those needed resources.
